Experience in floral design or knowledge of plants is NOT required. We will provide full training and teach you all of our secrets. However, attention to detail, the ability to provide an amazing customer experience, and a desire to learn IS required.

HOURS: approx. 30 hours per week, mostly weekdays, you will ultimately make your own schedule. You will spend time working in both stores.

We have grown fast and are in need of some managerial support. We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and preferably management experience or at least amazing people skills. The job will include time in both of our stores each week. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to get things done and a desire to grow with us. 

Duties include:
- overseeing day-to-day retail operations in both stores
- overseeing and scheduling retail staff
- helping to manage customer experience in every way
- managing inventory of and ordering supplies
- coordinate with owner, inventory specialist and events coordinator to assist with shipments, workshops/events and merchandising.
